The 2013 booklet is not done yet, but I put the draft up. Let me know if there is anything wrong it in, I tried to source the information from this wiki and the event page.

So far, so good! I've made some room changes, and we'll want to include Court with the list of things in the Ballroom. Mock A&S will be in the Populace area in Illini C or south lounge...?

Notes to add to the booklet: 1. The Women's restroom on the 2nd floor is closed due to construction. There are Women's rooms on the 1st and 3rd floors on the West side of the building and another on the 1st floor east in the Vending room (across from the Colonial room). 2. Everyone in the 2nd floor Ballroom will need to start removing their gear from this room and exit at 3:00. This room needs to be completely empty by 3:30 SHARP to allow the building staff to prepare the room for Court.
I'm also adding Court to the schedule for 5:30 (tentative).

Isn't court going to be in Illini AB? The space is bigger there and it will be easier to fit the platform.

We're keeping it in the Ballroom where we've had it the past year or 2.

We stopped having court in Illini AB because the heavy fighters required more time to fight the tournament, and it took them longer to remove their stuff from the room. In addition, since we allow them to leave their things in the room overnight for Sunday fighter practice, it seems silly to ask them to remove the stuff while we hold court and then have them put stuff back after court. Traditionally, the rapier tournaments are over well before 3:00 and the only fighting going on then is pick-ups, so it's easier to shoo them out by 3:30 to allow for the turn-around.
